The Satyagraha Alliance is dedicated to supporting and giving back to local underprivileged communities. Our current activities include assisting with local food pantries, providing education and employment training, completing pro bono work, and delivering informational workshops.

THE SATYAGRAHA MICROLOAN PROGRAM EMPOWERS AND SUPPORTS ENVIRONMENTALLY-FOCUSED ENTREPRENEURS IN CALIFORNIA.

DFPI-License-PageWe offer an affordable loan product for aspiring or established entrepreneurs for use in their start up or existing business. The funds can be used for reasonable and eligible business operation costs, including, but not limited to, inventory, equipment, working capital and leaseholder improvements.

The microloan program is open to all small business entrepreneurs located in California, primarily in and around Los Angeles. We welcome applications from a wide range of entrepreneurs, whether you are just starting out or looking to take your business to the next level. To be eligible for our microloan program, your business must have a clear eco-friendly focus and be committed to sustainability in some way. We are interested in entrepreneurs with an environmental focus.

We offer loans between $5,000 and $25,000 with a 60-month term for re-payment at a modest interest rate. There are no fees whatsoever, and we do not require collateral. All revenue generated by our loans be reinvested into the microloan program to empower other environmental businesses and entrepreneurs driving change.
